Venison Stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb venison tenderloin
- 2 Tbs oil
- flour
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 2 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can peas
Instructions
- cut tenderloin in 1 inch pieces
- roll meat in seasoned flour
- brown in oil
- Simmer 1 hour ( add water if necessary )
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cook until vegetables are tender ( ~45 mins)
- Thicken liquid for gravy
