Spinach Dip

tasty tasty spinach dip.....enough said

Yield: 4 cups

Source: Knorr Soup Mix Packet

Ingredients

• 1 10oz. pk frozen spinach
• 1 pk Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
• 1 1/2 cups sour cream
• 1 cup Miracle Whip
• 1 small can water chestnuts (won’t use full can)
• 3 chopped green onions ( or 1 small onion)

Instructions

1. Thaw spinach and squeeze dry
2. Stir in soup mix, sour cream, and Miracle Whip until blended
3. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts, onions
4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours
5. Stir before serving
