Salisbury Steak and Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup italian bread crumps
• flour
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup milk

Instructions

1. Mix together ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, worcestershire sauce, and bread crumbs
2. Form into patties and dredge lightly iin flour
3. Place on electric skillet set to 300-350F for 20 mins
4. Drain all fat from patties
5. Mix mushroom soup with milk
6. Pour over patties
7. Simmer 10 mins
