Rice Crispy Treats (Microwave Method)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Parkay margarine
- 1 10oz bag (approx 40 large) marshmellows
- 6 cups rice crispies
Instructions
- Microwave margarine in a large bowl on high for 45 seconds, or until melted
- Add marshmellow to the bowl. Toss to coat
- Microwave for 90 seconds, or until smooth when stirred. Stir after 45 seconds in the microwave
- After out of the microwave, immediately add in rice crispies. Toss until well coated
- Press into a greased 13x9 baking pan
- Cool and cut
