Pumpkin Pie (Double Layer)

Ingredients

• 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
• 1 Tbs milk
• 1 Tbs sugar
• 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip
• 1 can (16oz) pumpkin
• 1 cup cold milk
• 2 pk (4 oz) instant vanilla pie filling
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/4 tsp cloves
• Optional - pecans

Instructions

1. Combine cream cheese, 1 Tbs milk, and sugar with whisk.
2. Stir in whipped topping and spread on bottom of crust.
3. Optional - add pecans
4. Mix 1 cup milk, pumpkin, pudding mixes, and spices and spread over cream cheese mixture.
5. Refrigerate
