Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Melt 1 stick of butter in an 8x8 cake pan
  3. Stir in brown sugar. Arrange pineapple slices on top of the butter and brown sugar mixture. Set aside
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, egg, milk (can be substituted with milk and juice mixture), and 1/2 cup of butter. Pour over the pineapple, butter, and brown sugar mixture
  5. Bake for 35 minutes at 350F
