Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk (can be substituted with 1/4 cup milk & 1/4 cup juice together)
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Melt 1 stick of butter in an 8x8 cake pan
- Stir in brown sugar. Arrange pineapple slices on top of the butter and brown sugar mixture. Set aside
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, egg, milk (can be substituted with milk and juice mixture), and 1/2 cup of butter. Pour over the pineapple, butter, and brown sugar mixture
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350F
