Pepper Steak

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb round steak
• 1/2 cup onions
• 2 Tbs butter
• 2 cups water
• 1 beef bouillon cube
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 tbs corn starch
• 2 med green peppers

Instructions

1. Slice steak in small strips
2. Brown in skillet with onion and butter
3. Add beef bouillon cube, soy sauce, corn starch, and green peppers
4. Cook until tender
5. Bake in over at 350F until it begins to thicken
