Peanut Butter Pie (Kenny King)

Ingredients

• 1 8oz pk of cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup whipping cream (or Cool Whip)
• 1 9” graham cracker crust
• (optional) 1 to 2 Tbs chopped nuts

Instructions

1. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat until smooth
2. Add peanut butter and vanilla to the mixture. Beat well. Set aside
3. Beat whipping cream until soft peak forms. Fold into peanut butter mixture
4. Spoon into crust. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired
5. Chill at least 3 hours before serving
