Peanut Butter Fudge (Sue)

Ingredients

• 1 box confectioners sugar
• 1 stick of butter, melted
• 3 full Tbs peanut butter

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until you can form a ball (it will be hard to mix; better use your hands)
2. Press the mixture in a pan
3. Best to set aside for a few hours (ideally overnight) before serving
