Peanut Butter Fudge (Microwave Method)

Instructions

  1. Microwave Parkay margarine in a 4-quart microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 min
  2. Add sugar and milk into the bowl. Mix until well combined
  3. Microwave the mixture on high for 5 minutes. Stirring at 3 minutes mark
  4. Stir the mixture, microwave for another 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Again, stirring at 3 minutes mark (??? microwave timing sounds right?)
  5. Stir in peanut butter until well blended
  6. Add remaining ingredients into the mixture. Pour into a greased pan
  7. Cool to room temperature before serving
