Peanut Butter Fudge (Microwave Method)

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Parkay margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 5oz can of evaporated milk
- 15 oz peanut butter (can be substituted with 1 12oz package of chocolate chips to turn this into a chocolate fudge)
- 7 oz marshmellow cream
- 1 Tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Microwave Parkay margarine in a 4-quart microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 min
- Add sugar and milk into the bowl. Mix until well combined
- Microwave the mixture on high for 5 minutes. Stirring at 3 minutes mark
- Stir the mixture, microwave for another 5 minutes and 30 seconds. Again, stirring at 3 minutes mark (??? microwave timing sounds right?)
- Stir in peanut butter until well blended
- Add remaining ingredients into the mixture. Pour into a greased pan
- Cool to room temperature before serving
