Oven Roasted Asparagus
Yield: 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Prep asparagus by washing and trimming. Place asparagus on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle oil over asparagus. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of asparagus.
- Bake asparagus for ~18 minutes at 425F, check for browning, if the spears are larger you may want to cook them for a few minutes more.
