Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup splenda
• 1/2 cup rasins
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1 cup self rising flour
• 1 1/2 cup oats
• 1/3 cup applesauce
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Mix all ingredients
3. Drop tsp sized cookies on cookie cheet
4. Bake 7-8 mins at 375F
