Oatmeal Bars

These are "healthy"

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
  2. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a med-large mixing bowl mash the banana. Add peanut butter, brown sugar walnuts, and cinnamon.
  4. Add oats and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Transfer the batter in the prepared pan and spread out on an even layer.
  6. Top with chocolate chunks or chips, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Allow the bars to cool in the pan, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
