No-Bake Peanut Oat Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats

Instructions

1. In medium saucepan mix sugar and cocoa
2. Add milk and butter and heat over medium heat
3. Bring to a boil and boil EXACTLY 1 min
4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and oats
5. Drop by teaspoon fulls onto wax paper to let set up
