Monkey Bread

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3 to 4 canned biscuit dough
• 1/2 Tbs cinnamon
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• (optional) 1 can of apples

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 3/4 cup sugar. Set aside
3. Melt 3/4 cup sugar until dissolved. Add 1/2 Tbs cinnamon and chopped nuts
4. Cut 2 cans of biscuits into quarters. Roll in the dry cinnamon and sugar mixture. Put in the bottom of a greased bundt pan
5. Spread half of the butter on top of the current biscuit dough
6. Optional - Lay canned apples on top of the current biscuit dough
7. Cut the remaining biscuits into quarters. Again, roll them in the dry cinnamon and sugar mixture, and lay in the bundt pan
8. Top with the remaining butter
9. Bake for 35 minutes at 350F
