Chocolate Icing (Microwave Only)

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup shortning
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 Tbs cocoa

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients except for vanilla in a large bowl. Stir until chocolate and shortning are blended
2. Microwave the mixture and make it boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat
3. Add vanilla. Mix well
