Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 graham cracker crust
• 1 8oz cream cheese
• 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 can preferred fruit topping

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
2. Beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla
4. Pour mixture into crust
5. Chill in the fridge for about 3 hours, or until set
6. Top with desired fruit topping. Refrigerate
