Beef and Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In large skillet, brown beef, garlic, and ginger over medium heat ( ~ 8-10 mins )
  2. Pour off drippings
  3. Heat oil over medium high heat
  4. Stir fry peppers and pea pods until crisp
  5. Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil
  6. Return beef and let simmer 10 mins
  7. Stir in green onions and cook 5 mins
