Baked Spicy Chicken Sandwich

  1. Preheat oven to 425F; line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a bowl, combine plain greek yogurt, garlic salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, freshly cracked pepper, and hot sauce together. Mix well
  3. In another bowl, dump in breadcrumbs
  4. Coat the chicken thighs with yogurt mixture, then dump them in the breadcrumbs. After evenly coated with breadcrumbs, put chicken thighs on the baking sheet
  5. Drizzle cooking oil over all chicken pieces evenly
  6. Bake for 18 minutes at 425F, then flip the chicken and bake for another 16 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through
  7. Sandwich the baked chicken between buns. Serve it the way you like
